2. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
We distinguish strictly between Administrative Telemetry and Processing Workloads:
Administrative Telemetry (Minimal Operational Data):
Contact information provided during enterprise intake (Name, Work Email, Corporate Entity).
Hardware-bound authentication metadata (FIDO2 keys, mTLS session handshakes).
Billing and enclave allocation logs.
Processing Workloads (Corporate Data & Model Corpora):
Data submitted for fine-tuning or structural analysis passes exclusively through volatile RAM buffers inside hardware-isolated enclaves.
Zero Retention: Raw corpora, sanitized syntax, and model memory states are purged upon session completion. We store zero client data at rest.
3. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
mTLS 1.3 Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using ephemeral key exchanges.
Hardware Isolation: Compute workloads execute inside AMD SEV-SNP / NVIDIA Confidential Computing enclaves, preventing host administrators or hypervisors from inspecting memory.
PII & IP Scrubbing: Ingested datasets pass through automated tokenization scripts that strip Personally Identifiable Information before algorithmic parsing.
