1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or utilising the platform, APIs, bare-metal compute enclaves, or services provided by Eliantris AI (ai.eliantris.com), operated under the ai.eliantris.com, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
EliantrisAI provides high-performance compute infrastructure, Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) enclaves, and specialised machine learning/neural model fine-tuning services.
Integrated Ecosystem: Eliantris AI operates as the technical execution arm alongside Eliantris.com (Macro Enterprise Transformation) and Quest4Site.com (Diagnostic Intelligence).
Epistemic Sovereignty: Services provided on ai.eliantris.com are designed to deliver complete model weight ownership (.safetensors) and bare-metal computational execution to the Client.
3. DATA SOVEREIGNTY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Client Ownership: Client retains absolute ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over all raw data, sanitized corpora, fine-tuning parameters, and resulting model weights generated during an enclave session.
3.2 No Model Training on Client Data: EliantrisAI explicitly warrant that Client data shall never be ingested, harvested, or used to train public, multi-tenant, or foundational models owned by Eliantris AI or any third party.
3.3 Cryptographic Burn: Upon delivery of custom model weights and session termination, EliantrisAI executes a hardware-level volatile memory wipe (RAM purge), leaving zero data residuals on host infrastructure.
4. INFRASTRUCTURE & THIRD-PARTY UTILITIES
Client acknowledges that EliantrisAI deploys hardware-rooted security (Confidential Computing/TEEs) on top of bare-metal silicon and cloud utility providers. EliantrisAI treats underlying cloud infrastructure as an untrusted utility, applying cryptographic sandboxing to protect Client workloads.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Services are provided on an “as-engineered” basis. In no event shall EliantrisAI, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from algorithmic outputs, external network disruptions, or unauthorised third-party interference beyond the cryptographic boundary.
